A Gift Aid form

If you are a UK tax payer you can increase your donation to the church and other charities by filling in a Gift Aid form. Click here to download the form.

Please fill it in and sign it then send it in to the Church Office,  Parish Centre, Glebe Way, Chesham Bois, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5ND for the attention of the Treasurer, Katie Flory. Because it needs your signature we can not do this on-line.

This informs the government of your gift and they increase it's value by returning the tax you have paid to them to the charity to whom you made the donation. Thus £100 becomes £125 at no extra cost to you.

Once you have filled in and returned this form to the treasurer all donations made in your name can be included in this scheme with no more form filling.

Simply by filling in this form it makes a big difference to our income. Thank you.
