YOUTH

For those aged 11-18 to discover just how much they are loved by Jesus

Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.

Unfortunately New Wine have decided to cancel all their in person events this summer. This means that Luminosity is no longer going to be going ahead.

If you'd like to read their blog post about the news you can find it here, but essentially their main reason is that there haven't been enough positive changes in the events industry for them to feel confident their events could take place.

They are offering full refunds, so we will be able to send you back the money if you'd already paid church.

We are still determined to do something together as a youth group that week, and are in the process of scouting venues where we might be able to camp. As a lot of youth festivals will be available online, we'll find somewhere we can all watch the content together and make an event of it.

We are obviously disappointed at this news, and expect your young people may be too. But we remain expectant that this week will be powerful and important in the lives of our youth, and will work hard to put on an event which they will enjoy and gain much from. Do keep the dates free and we'll let you know as soon as we have a plan!

Thank you for your support and continued patience as we navigate the ever changing circumstances around us!
